Born in 1965, Fabio Viscogliosi is a french artist, drawing, painting and writing. His work is immediately recognizable, using a visual language that draws from a diverse range of references - including comics, literature, architecture and abstract art. Most of all, he is known for his animal characters, acting in anthropomorphic situations. His favorite artists are Philip Guston, Frank King, Marcel Duchamp and Giorgio Morandi.
